Under separate cover, we are transmitting three (3) original and forty (40) con-formed copies of an application for Amendment to Facility Operating License No.
NPF-3, for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1.
This application requests that the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1, Technical Specifications, Appendix A, be revised to reflect the changes attached.
The proposed changes involve Sections 6.5.1.2, 6.5.2.2, Figure 6.2-1, and Figure 6.2-2.
The proposed changes reflect the reorganization of the Toledo Edison Company.
This change request supercedes the original amendment request concerning re-organization (Item 5 of letter dated December 26, 1980, Serial 669), as well as the first revision to this request dated July 10, 1981 (Serial 731).
This amendment request is of the Class II type. Fees have been previously sub-mitted with the original amendment request as required by 10 CFR 170.22.
