l The duplicate reportability of the subject item by the licensee under 10CFR50.55(e) is satisfied by the details contained in Bechtel Power Corporation letter to the Commission dated July 28, 1980.

We will advise you of the resolution and schedule dates of completion when the engineering studies by Bechtel have been finalized.
