Identification and Description 'of' Occurrence:

PS-1-81A and PS-1-91A, Turbine First Stage Fressure, setpoints had drif ted above T.S. limits. Setpoints were found to be 174 psig and 169 psig, respectively, during SI testing.

T.S. limit is 167 psig.

Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

7Lnit 1 at 957. TME-Unit 2 at 94% We Unit 3 at 98% We Action specified in the Technical 8pecification Surveillance Requirements met jue to inoperable equipment. Describe N/A A_pparent Cause of Occurrene_e:

Instrument drift.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There was no damage to the plant equipment. Ther i was no activity re Nase, no personnel exposure or injury and no danger to the health or safety of the

Corrective Action

Inspected, recalibrated and functionally tested for repeatability. These swite,hes will be replaced by an-analog system.
