This refers to your letter dated June 10, 1980, in response to our letter dated
May 19, 1980.
With respect to Item A of your letter, based on a telephone discussion between
Mr. R. L. Nimitz of this office and Mr. D. Turner of your staff on June 20,
1980, Item A of Appendix A to our letter is correct as stated.
Additionally,
with respect to Item D of your letter, and as discussed in the same conversation,
full compliance for this item was achieved on January 28, 1980.
Also, with
respect to Item D, and based on this same conversation, we understand the reinstruction
of the technicians included the topic of disciplinary action for failure to
follow procedures.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented
in your letter.
