The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendments No. 2 to Facility License Nos. DPR-38 and DPR-47, which consist of Change Nos.12 and 7 to the respective Technical Specifications. These amendments are in response to your request dated May 29, 1974.
The Technical Specification changes consist of a change to the chart showing the station organization in the technical support and maintenance areas.
Copics of our Safety Evaluation and the Federal Register Notice relating to' this action are also enclosed.
