The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 4. Technical Specification Change No.14 for License No. DPR-38; Amendment No. 4, Technical Specification Change No. 9 for License No. DPR-47; and A=endment No.1. Technical Speci-fication Change No.1 for License No. DPR-55, for the Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3.
These amendments are in re.4ponse to your request dated August 19, 1974.
These amendments incorporate in the Oconee Technical Specifications the organizational position titles which will be standard for all Duke Power Company nuclear stations. Please note, as discussed with your staff, we have revised Table 6.1-1 to show the positions requiring Senior Operating licenses.
Copies of the reinted Safety Evaluation and the Federal Register Notice are alGe enclosed.
