@ l During review of SI-137.1 test data, Tt was noted that surveillance requirement g l 4.4.6.2.b was not performed within the prescribed surveillance interval on 6/23/80.

g l Unit 1 was in mode ~3, RCS temperature 547 degrees F and pressure 1700. psig, with an l RCS pressure increa'se in progress. This is reportable per 6.9.1.13.c.

Probable consequences - RCS unidentified leakage limit could have been, g l exceeded during this time period. However, the surveillance was completed and found
