By letter dated July 7,1980, your Company filed an application with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. The application is for Technical Specification changes on Containment Spray System Surveillance for the Big Rock Point Plant.
With the above application you paid a Class II fee of $1,200 because you determined that the application has no safety or environmental significance. Based on infor-mation provided by the ONRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of the application, it has been determined that a Class III fee is required because the request involves consideration of a safety issue.
Therefore, it is requested that an additional sum of $2,800 be remitted to this office.
If in the final review of your application by the ONRR staff it is determined that this fee is incorrect, an adjustment will be made.
