l-HPCI INJECTION INTO REACTOR t
On 5/21/80 at approximately 0900 following a Reactor Scram HPCI auto initiated and injected. IIPCI was allowed to return the Reactor icvel to +58 inches. The MSIV's closed rendering the R.F.P.T. unavailable for injection.
IIPCI was then started manually and injected for level and pressure control.
On 7/11/80 at approximately 0440 following a Reactor Scram liPCI auto initiated and injected, llPCI was allowed to return the Reactor level to +58 inches.
The MSIV's closed rendering the R.F.P.T. unavailable for injection.
11F01 was then started manually and injected for level and pressure control.
As of the date of this report there have been (14) lIPCI injections into the Reactor Vessel.
