Confirmation of Concurrence This letter refers to the telephone conversation on July 1, 1980, between L. S. Cox, Construction Engineer at your Yellow Creek Facility, and T. E. Conlon of my staff regarding placement of earthfill in the Unit 1 ERCW spray pond at Yellow Creek Nuclear Plant.
Based upon the referenced conversation and our review of your final report on the matter submitted to us with your July 11, 1980 letter, we concur in your plans for resumption of placement of earthfill in the ERCW spray ponds.
This concurrence is based on the referenced telephone conversation and your implementation of the corrective action stated in the final report.
