MAY 121980 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Georgia Power Company License Nos. DPR-57 Plant Hatch, Units 1 and 2

Based on the NRC inspection April 21-25, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Technical Specification 6.5.2.8.e, audits of unit activities, including the Emergency Plan and implementing procedures at least once per 24 months, shall be performed under the cognizance of the Safety Review Board. Appendix F of the Emergency Plan defines the Emergency Procedures that have been established to implement the Emergency Plan.
Contrary to the above, an audit of the Emergency Implementing Procedures was not conducted under the cognizance of the Safety Review Board during the period October 1977 to April 1980.
This is an infraction.
