Dear Dr. Baynard:
Your letter dated June 2,1980, transmitted an " Evaluation of Steam Line Break Consequences Associated with Removal of Rupture Matrix Signals from Emergency Feedwater Valves" pertaining to the Crystal River 3 facility.
By letter dated June 18, 1980, we informed your company that this evaluation is subject to the require-ments of 10 CFR 170.22, and requested a Class III fee of $4,000.
This fee has not been received; therefore, it should be remitted to this office within fifteen (15) days after your receipt of this letter.
