This refers to your letter dated Itay 27, 1980,ein response to our letter dated

April 23,1980.

the item of noncompliance identified in our letter dated April 23, 1980 is

hereby withdrawn.

In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,

Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of the control

and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and facility

security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, Appendix A of your

response letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
