The Ccamission has issued the enclosed Anendaent No. 2 to Facility License No. DPR-51 for Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1.
This amendment

includes Change No. 2 to the Technical Specifications and is in response to your requests dated January 17, 1975 and March 28, 1975.

(1) provisions for automatic setting of the 5 percent ovorpower trip, (2) changes to the reactor coolant system activity linits for total specific activity and a limit for radioiodine activity, (3) deletion of Core Flooding Tank (CFT) pressure and level instrumentation maintenance provisions, (4) addition of setpoints for P
the Decay 1: eat Removal System (DICIS) isolation valve closure and relief r.
