This refers to information concerning Arkansas Power and Light Company, Operating License No. CPPR-57, which was provided to us by telephone by your representative on April 16 and 17, 1972. This information is being reported by us as RO Inquiry Report No. 50-313/73-2Q.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the AEC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10, Ccde of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inquiry report Gill be placed in the AEC's Public Document Room.
