Dear Mr. Case:

On November 8, 1974, we reported to Mr. Norman C. Moseley, Director, V

Region II, Regulatory Operations, 'In abnormal occurrence at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 involving a leak in the reactor building spray pump P35B suction line. A supplemental telegram was sent to Mr. Moseley on November 13, 1974, identifying an additional leak discovered adjacent to a new weld made during initial repairs of the first leak.

Enclosed is our report on this occurrence as required by Technical 2

Specification 6.12.3.
