My letter to you of November 18, 1974, transmitted a report of Abnormal Occurrence No. 60-313/74-11, involving a leak in the reactor building spray pump P35B suction line. Attached is a supplementary report indi-cating the results of investigations to date and describing additional investigations that have not been completed at this time. A final report will be issued following completion of all investigations.
