G My letter to Mr. Case of Februaly 5,1975, provided preliminary results of the investigations into the cause of leaks in the schedule 10 stain-less steel' reactor building spray system piping at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit I and promised a final report upon completion of all investigations. At this time all investigations are complete, with the exception of a study to determi.1e the probability of catcstrophic failure of the affected piping under design stresses. Attached find the final report promised in the November 1974 letter. 'lko copies of a more detailed report are also attached.
