On October 26, 1974, we reported to Mr. Norman C. Moseley, Director, Region II, Regulatory Operations, an abnormal occurrence involving a 1eak in the drain piping on the Reactor Coolant System at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1.
Attached is our report on this occurrence as required by Technical 8
Specification 6.12.3.1.
