My letter to you of November 4,1974, transmitted a report of Abnormal Occurrence No. 50-313/74-10, involving a leak in the drain piping on the Reactor Coolant System at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1.
Attached is a supplementary report indicating the results of visual observation, dye penetrant inspection, chemical analyses, metallographic examination, fractographic analysis, and a microhardness survey, and describing plans for a stress analysis, a report on which is to follow.
