AU Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1 Docket No.30-313 License No. DPR-51 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted during the period July 21-24, 1975, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with your Reactor License or NRC Regulations as indicated below:
Infraction Contrary to Criterion III, 10 CFR Appendix B, a design change for fabricating fire stops was accomplished without review and approval.
This infraction had the potential for causing or contributing to an occurrence related to safety.
Deficiency 1.
Contrary to Technical Specification, Appendix B, Section 5.6.2, paragraph C, two environmental occurrences were not reported within the specified time' interval.
2.
Contrary to Technical Specification, Section 6.1-a training program and schedule was noe established for maintenance personnel.
