BRUNSWICK INTEGRATED ACTION' PLAN ITEM'DI: REEVALUATE THE BRUNSWICK i ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR COMPLIANCE WITH GDC-17. s The Carolina Power & Light' Company (CP&L) provided a response to the NP# s 1 Diagnostic ~ Evaluation Team (DET) report for Brunswick Steam Electric Flant.- Units 1 and 2,-(Brunswick) by -letter dated September 27, 1989. As part of the w < response, CP&L provided the staff an Integrated Action Plan (IAP) for-i substantial Brunswick and corporate improvements. Item D1 of the IAP provides x, for a reevaluation of the Brunswick electrical distribution system for j compliance with GDC-17 with a completion date of March 31, 1990. 'CP&L also l 'provided a comitment to brief the appropriate NRR personnel on the results-of e n' the evaluation when;it is completed, y 4 .The staff has identified a number of questions that should be answered as.part j "(of CP&L's evaluation.
