At 2230 CDST, all zones of the ice condenser had open door alarms.

Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

Mode 4 RCS Tavg - 3400F, pressurizer pressure - 730 psig Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Doors were caused to open due to excessive leakage of air from the upper compartment to the lower through missile shields. This air was picked up by the CRDM cooling fans.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There was no danger Le sle public health and safety.

Corrective Acticn:

The missile barrier seals are being replaced and made effective.
