NOTICE OF DEVIATION Commonwealth Edisan Company Docket No. 50-373; 50-374 Based on the inspection conducted on January 30-31, February 1, 4 and 7, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were not in accordance with commitments, codes, standards, guides or acceptable practices, as noted below.

- the licensee committed to revegetating the affected area of the cooling lake dike in a timely manner, if failure of the vegetative cover of the dike was detected during monitoring of the dike by visual inspection. (Requir-ments 2-3, page 4-6 in the Final Environmental Statement-Operating License Stage).
Contrary to the above, the licensee failed to revegetate the east face of the east di) with crown vetch between stations 145 and ?.00 in a timely manner during.979.
