In accordance with your letter dated October 16, 1979, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Items 15 and 17 of NRC fiaterials License No. SNti-1801 are hereby deleted and Items 4 and 9 are hereby amended to read as follows:
4 Expiration Date:
December 31, 1980, or upon conversion of Construction Pennit No. CPPR-78 to an operating license, whichever is earlier.
9.
Authorized Use:
For receipt, possession, inspection and storage and for the packaging of fuel for delivery to a carrier in accordance with the statements, representations and conditions specified in the licensee's application dated October 3,1977, the supplement dated October 16, 1979, except that this amendment does not authorize dry storage of fuel in the spent fuel pool.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
