The attached report of a routine announced inspection on August 22-25, 1972,
is forwarded for information. Numerous ite,ms of noncompliance relating to
electrical QC,velding, and operations were observed.
A meeting with DPC's corporate management is planned during which the
licensee's centinued failure to effectively implement his QA program vill
be discussed. This meeting is tentatively scheduled for the week of
October 8, 1972.
During the inspection to be conducted the week of October 1,1972, the
progress made by DPC in correcting the deficiencies identified in this
report will be reviewed.
