Thank you for your letter of March 28, 1977 in response to our letter
and Notice of Violation dated March 11, 1977. We have no specific
questions at this time with your proposed corrt etive action relative
to the infraction.
However, your letter did not contain a response
describing those actions taken or planned to improve the effectiveness

of your management control system. The management control system should
assure that problems once discovered are promptly corrected and steps
are taken to assure that they are not allowed to reoccur, as was the
case in this instance.
In a telephone conversation with a member of your staff on April 5,
1977, it was indicated that this additional information was in preparation
and would be received by this office in approximately one week.
If you have any questions concerning this matter we will be pleased
to discuss them with yo0.
