h Grinnell Company, Kernersville, North Carolina - An inspection of the vendor's plant was performed on May 10-12 to examine the fabrication of nuclear piping for the Davis-Besse facility.
One item of nonconformance with ASME Code,Section III (1971),
was identified during the inspection involving the lack of Code data report information supplied to the site.
The nonconformance was discussed in Regional correspondence with l
the licensee.
