Technical Scacification surveillance re:uirement 4.6.5.1.J.4 is revised to verify tnat the annulus ccace can be depreccurized to a negative prescure of 0.25 inches water guage witnin 4 seconcs frca tune that tne reduncant emergency ventilaticn systems fans attain a flow rate of 8000 cucic feet oer minute. Technical specificaricn 3.4.1 is revised to allow for surveillance and preoperational testing recuirai in facility operational modes 3, 4, or S.

Also, Technical Saecification 4.5.2 is revised to verify automatic isolaticn and interlock action of the decay heat removal system from the reactor control system with a simulatec pressure signal.
