INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST RE~~;sE [l] INTERIM FJNAL PART I.D - COMMENTS This second interim response includes additional documents provided by the NRC Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (RES) that can either be released in their entirety or only contained information withheld under FOIA Exemption 8(6).
We are continuing to process the remaining records from RES, that will be included in the next interim release.
We are also waiting for the final response for the internal records generated within the Office of the Commission from the Office of the Secretary (SECY), related to a portion of #1 in your request.
