SUBJECT:
TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH UNIT 1 STATUS OF RESTART PEADINESS, REVISION 4 This memorandum is to provide you with information on the preparedness of Sequoyah Unit I for restart.
Enclosure I reflects the status of all the items for heatup (now early October for Mode 4). reflects the status of all the itens for restart (now late October for Mode 2).
Enclosures 3 and 4 are the inspections planned prior to the Mode 4 and Mode 2 Sold points, respectively.
The listed items, which include licensing and inspection related issues, ECTG element reports and allegations, need resolution prior to the OSP finding of readiness of Unit 1 to restart (i.e., entry into Mode 4 and Mode 2).
Please provide comments, correctiotis, missing data in the enclosures, and status on heatup and restart issues to J. Donohew, Sequoyah 1 & 2 Project Manager (X20704).
