In accordance with the request contained in your letter dated April 10, 1980, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations Part 70, Item 4 of NRC Materials License No. SNM-1823 is hereby aniended to read as follows:

Expiration date November 30, 1981, or upon conversion of Construction Permit No. CPPR-88 to an operating license, whichever is earlier.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
