Pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70 Section 70.33, The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company, for itself and as agent for Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company and The Dayton Power and Light Company, r'equests that NRC Materials License No. SNM-1823 be renewed as follows:
Revise Item 4, Expiration date, to read, " November 2, 1981, or upon conversion of Construction Permit Nc. CPPR-88 to an operating license, whichever is earlier."
