Subject: Management Meeting 50-219/79-25
This refers to the management meeting conducted by myself and other members of
the Region I staff at our office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, on June 5,
1979 and to the discussions of our concerns with regard to the finding of Radiation
Protection Inspection 50-219/79-07 which had prompted this office to convene
this meeting.
The matters discussed during this meeting are described in the Office of Inspection
and Enforcement Report which is enclosed with this letter.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title
10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection
report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room. The enclosure was
reviewed by members of your staff on June 2,1980 and it was determined that it
does not contain proprietary information.
