Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter dated February 21, 1972, informing us of the

steps you have taken to correct the items of apparent noncompliance con-
cerning AEC Conctruction Permit No. CPPR-51 which we brought'to your
attention in our letter dated January 27, 1972.
Concerning the first item mentioned in your letter, ve vill examine the
B&W document packages when corrective action has been completed.
The second iten mentioned, the initiation of the new form for use in
recording concrete surface defects , was examined during the inspection
cf February 1-h, 1972. Compliance has no further questions regarding
,
this item.
We acknowledge receipt of Volumes I and II of the Florida Power Corporation's
Quality Manual.
Mr. Moseley of this office was informed by Mr. M. H.
Kleinman of your staff by telephone on March 2,1972, that Florida Power
Corporation is continuing efforts to provide the other documents requested
in our letter dated January 27, 1972.
