Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. A. D. Johnson and
L. J. Garvin of this office od November 26-28 and December 6, 1973 of
activities authorized by AEC Construction Permit Nc. CPPR-56, and to
the discussion of our findings held by Mr. Johnson with Mr. D. G. Raasch
and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed
inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, in-
terviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
No violations of AEC requirements were identified within the scope of
this inspection.
Attached to this letter is our inspection report.
Ia accordance with
Section 2.790 of the AEC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Titia 10, Code
of Pederal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection

report will be placed in the AEC's.Public Document Room.
