6.1.1.3 The organization for the conduct of operations of the Station is shown in Figure 6.1-1.
The minimum operating shif t requirements are listed in Table 6.1-1.
In addition, the following staffing shall be provided:
A licensed senior reactor operator shall be present at a.
the site at all times when there is fuel in any reactor.
Whenever there is fuel in a reactor, a licensed reactor b.
operator shall be in the control room for that reactor.
In addition, for units 1 and 2, when one reactor is operating and one is shut down, a licensed reactor operator with no responsibilities for the operating reactor shall be in the control room to monitor the shutdown reactor.
A licensed senior reactor ' operator shall be in direct c.
charge of any refueling operation.

Two licensed reactor operators shall be in the control room during any scheduled startup or recovery from any reactor trip, Either the Operating Engineer or the Assistant Operating e.
Engineer shall have a Senior Reactor Operator's license.
f.
An individual, qualified in radiation protection procedures, shall be present at the site at all times when there is fuel onsite.
