Dear Sir:
Please find attached information requested in Mr. L. Manning Muntzing's letter of February 19, 1974. This information is submitted on the forms provided and covers the performance and operating status of Oconee Units 1 2 and 3 for the month of August, 1974. By copy of this letter, we are responding to Mr. Donald F. Knuth's letter dated August 28, 1974. Maximum dependable capacity (MDC) for Oconee Unit I is 871 MWe. Reserve shutdown hours (RSH) for the first half of 1974 is zero. Both HDC and RSH will be supplied in the monthly operating status report since this information is not included in the Semiannual Report.
