Dear Mr. Staples:
In your letter to Mr. Jesse L. Riley of June 27, 1973 in re the above subject, you stated that you were requesting the Applicant to review certain reports. You listed the following reports and indicated that they had not been released under your procedures.
McGuire Oconee 369 & 370/71-1, 369 & 370/71-2 269/72-7, 27C/72-6, 237/72-4 369 & 370/71-3, 369 & 370/71-4 269/72-8 x 270/72-7, 2 S7/72-5 369 & 370/71-5, 369 & 370/71-6 269/73-4, 287/73-1 369 & 370/72-1, 369 & 370/72-2 369 & 370/72-3, 370/73-2 369/73-2, 370/73-3 These reports have been reviewed by the Applicant and the pertinent vendors. Dabcock & Wilco:: requested that certain nurabers in RO Inspection Report No. 50-269/73-4 bc withheld from public inspection because it contains proprietary data which could jcopardi::e their competitive position. Region II, Directorate cf Regulatcry Operations was advised cf this position on May 25, 1973.
The Applicant has no objection to the release of the other inspection reports listed above.
