Thank you for your initial response (Reference 2) to the item of noncompliance concerning activities under NRC License No. SNM-1097 brought to your attention in our letter of November 20, 1979
(:n ference 1), and your supplementary ?etter of February 1, 1980 (Reference 4) which more fully described your corrective action, as r p sted by our letter of January 22, 1980 (Reference 3).
We will examine your corrective actions and plans during subsequent iuspections.
With respect to the meeting held on February 4,1980, between members of the Region II staff and A. L. Kaplan and J. M. Bradberry of your company, we appreciated the opportunity to discuss the Wilmington Manufacturing Department's Emergency Preparedness Program.
