With reference to the item of noncompliance concerning initial emergency plan training for the Emergency Directors and Survey, Re-Entry and Facilities Damage Control Teams (reference 2), enclosed is the supplementary information to our original response (reference

3) as requested by your staff (reference 4).

We appreciate the opportunity to discuss our Emergency Plan, Pro-cedures, and Organization in general, and the item of noncompliance in particular with you and members of your staff on Monday, February 4, 1980.

Following this discussion, we will be happy to discuss the matter further with you and your staff as you may deem necessary.
