These amendnunts consist of changes to the station's comon Technical Specifications in response to your request dated October 25,1977..

These a:nendments revise the Technical Specifications to allow cperation of Oconee Unit.l. Cycle 4 with a quadrant flux tilt in excess of 3.41%, provided power is restricted to 75% ratad power for operation with flux tilt in excess of 3.41% and 'p:ovided that.
flux tilt does not. exceed 6.035.-
