Dear Dr Morris:
This letter supplements my letter of February 19, 1971, which was an " Application of Renewal of Construction Permit" for Oconee Unit I as covered by Provisional Construction Permit No CPPR-33. The full contents of that letter are included by reference into this letter.
It was my intent to submit that letter under oath or affirmation.
Having been duly swern, I hereby certify that I am a Vice President of Duke Power Company; that I am authorized on the part of said company to sign and file this " Application for Renewal of Construction Permit"; and that all matters set forth therein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and beilef.
