'Ihe Atomic Energy Commission has issued an Order Extending the Completion Data for Duke Power Company's Oconee Nuclear Station i
Unit 1.
In lieu of the completion date of February 28, 1971, specified in Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-33, the latest completion date has been extended to September 30, 1971.
Two copies of the application stating the reasons for requestine, the extension and two copies of the Commission's Order are enclosed s
for the information of the Joint Committee.
Copies of the Order have been sent to the Office of the Federal Register for filing
