Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of February 26, 1980, informing us of steps you
have taken to correct the items of toncompliance concerning activities under
NRC Operating License Nos. DPR-71 and UPR-62 brought to your attention in
our letter of February 12, 1980.
A followup inspectien conducted on March 10-14, 1980, revealed that the
corrective actions to ensure proper labeling of containers of radioactive
material were not adequate to prevent recurrence. With regard to Item A,
you are theref >re required to submit your additional corrective and pre-
ventive actions you will take or have taken to prevent further recurrence.
Your submittal may be made in conjunction with your response to our forth-
coming correspondence to you with regard to Inspection Report Nos. 50-325/
80-12 and 50-324/80-11.
With regard to Item B, we have examined your corrective actions relative
to the failure to survey and control centaminated fire hoses and have no
further questions on this item at this time.
