Notification was received from TVA Division of Engineering Design that the incorrect (non-conservative) valve operator weight was used in the seismic analysis for component cooling water valves FCV-70-133, 134, and 183.

Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

Unit 1 in Mode 6 following initial core loading.

Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe.

N/A Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Incorrect valve operator weight used in seismic analysis.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There was no hazard to the public health or safety.

Corrective Action

The seismic analysis will be rerun using the correct valve operator weights.
