Attached la a copy of Imon's portion of the inspection report which

covers the inservice inspection test on tendon 1150. It appears from

what was observed during the test that progressive damage is inflicted

on the tendon by the testing and that the procedures used were not

adequate or well thought out.

We have discussed the breaking of the wires with DL and they will
