This letter is to inform you that we are postponing for approximately ten, months the continuation of the review of your Final Safety Analysis (FSAR) for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant.
This Report postponement corresponds to a like delay in your best estimate fuel is intended not to interfere with your stated plans for loading and it plant startup *and operation.
