Dear Mr. Davis:

In response to your letter regarding the effect of the recent flooding conditions, we wish to advise you that there was no damage of any de-gree to any safety related structures, systems, components or materials s,

at the Crystal River Plant Site. In addition, none of the design bases used in our safety evaluation were exceeded.

To the best of our knowledge none of the equipment, components or materials to be. used at the Crystal River Site, presently located at vendors' facilities, were subject to significant damage.

I hope that this information is sufficient to provide you with the data you need.
