?roposed Change Revise table 3.7-4 by removing reference to system 8.and renumbering system 9 to system 8.
Reason for Proposed Change AHFL-15 deluge system was originally installed to protect the charcoal filters located in AHFL-15, Nuclear Sample Room ventilation.
Charcoal filters were never installed in this unit because of the concentrated corrosive atmosphere associated with the sample room.
There is not a potential fire hazard and the deluge system is not required.
Safety Analysis Justification This proposed change does not involve the changing of any safety analysis performed for Crystal River Unit 3 and is only proposed to bring Technical Specifications for Unit 3 into agreement with actual plant conditions.
